Most people are keenly aware of the need to detox their bodies due to our modern living in such polluted environments and modern dietary habits. Many oral supplementations are designed to do such and should be part of the program. However, what is sadly missed is both the effectiveness, efficiency of exogenous (external detoxing) which reduces the amount of toxins going through the internal organs to be eliminated especially reducing the toxic stress loads to the kidneys and lymph. Using external methods through the use of extremely high quality and effective “moor muds” we can also conserve our already overtaxed mineral reserves and thus make our mineral supplements go further.

Downloads

In our body’s intelligent design, there are a number of detox pathways intended so that when the body ingests either through the mouth or breathing avenues, toxic chemicals, the body attempts to push these chemicals as far away from the key organs and glands to protect them from harm. If these pathways are open, then the body can detox much of the load without going through the detox organs.

We can easily test these downloads as well as other detox needs via a science called QRA.

The Four Download areas (the hands and feet) contain hundreds of sensitive acupuncture points that act as the main bio-energetic release sites to download toxins from the entire body.
With the use of high-quality, specifically compatible external mud packing procedures, we are able to quickly assist the detoxification process and alleviate a significant portion of the burden on the main detox systems.
If any one of the download areas test “off” or weak, we determine it to be jammed and the body’s ability to detoxify may be impeded, greatly increasing the odds of having unpleasant detox symptoms due to the body’s inability to completely release the toxins. (The ideal situation is for the download areas to test strong to 8 stress taps.)
Treating the download sites – It is important to treat each download site that tests weak with the proper fluid that makes it test strong, and each download needs to be treated by itself, individually, before going onto the next download site. After treating the needed downloaded sites, be sure to follow with a Medi Blast, which is a gentle but deeply purifying foot bath that directly pulls out toxins that have been internally released by using the Medi Body Pack™. The use of the Medi Blast helps minimize the jamming of toxins after a detox session.
The downloads can re-jam after doing Medi Body Packs™ on various target areas, especially the “Interference Fields”. However, clinical experience has shown that when there is regular use of the Medi Blast and the Aloe Drink is incorporated into the regular food supplement program, the re-occurrence of jamming of the download areas is significantly less frequent and consequently more efficient, and in the long run, more economical.

Toxic Focal Sites
Once the downloads are testing on, the next step is to test the toxic focal sites. Using the basic level QRA test, each focal site needs to be tested and charted. If any are testing weak, then the person can either immediately mud pack the sites (one quadrant at a time) or if they have purchased a BRT vial, they can test to see if each site is primary. In most cases, only the primary needs to be mud packed. (See the section on determining primary.)
The Downloads and the toxic focal sites when jammed up, are key impediments to true health building or health recovery, as it requires significantly more nutrition to then take the toxin to be released through the lymph, colon, kidneys and skin.
Command Centers
In the quest for locating the “root of the root” imbalances of a patient/client, it is key to test the 7 major energy centers of the body, which are based on the ancient chakra system of Ayurveda. By testing and treating these “Command Centers”, after making sure that the downloads are open and the toxic focal sites are free and clear, you can strengthen and restore normal nerve and energy flow globally throughout the body in order to create a foundation for a more efficient and accelerated program. If being tested by a trained and certified QRA practitioner, the QRA practitioner can and should test each of these points for encoding. Encoding will be discussed in more detail in a later unit, but suffice it to say, if there is an encoding process occurring, the more challenging cases become much more difficult if not impossible to achieve recovery.
Traditional Oriental medicine has taught that together the Ming Men and Dan Tien acupuncture points are the root of our health in replenishing the organs, vitalizing the channels. The kidney system is the root of our strength and energy. When these points are working cohesively as an inter-coordinated unit, the opportunity for maximizing health or re-establishing vital health becomes possible.
In the field of nutritional therapy, there is so much emphasis on what can be taken to help a health-related issue, that some of the basic normal physiological functions are ignored. For example, many nutritional protocols are designed to aid in detoxification. Although well intended, this ignores the fact that it is necessary for the detox pathways be open and clear so that the detox has the chance to fully clear the toxic residue back out, not merely stir it up and hope some will leave the body. The QRA testing and, when needed, the use of the external mud packs for the downloads, toxic focal sites, command centers and Interference Fields address this vital need.
Key Detox Organs
When looking to build or restore health, detoxification plays a key role. The key detox organs of the liver, kidneys and colon bear most of that burden. Clinical experience has shown that if through QRA testing these organs can release some of the toxic load through external means, via the mud packs with the specific fluid determined by testing, then the process is more efficient and the supplementation required to assist the burden through the normal channels is lessened.
The kidneys commonly represent a weak area for those who have chronic illness. This target area is located on the low back, about 2 inches lateral to the spine on both the right and left sides, about 2 to 3 inches above your waist. In the time-proven science of medical acupuncture, the kidneys are considered to anchor the strength of the entire body. When the kidney’s bio-energetic function weakens, the whole body weakens; and conversely, when the kidney function improves, it can help the whole body to regain strength and health. Adequate kidney nutritional support is critical to achieve rapid success and the best detoxification.
Once the kidneys are strong, we then proceed to mud packing the liver and large intestines, if they originally tested as needing the mud packing protocol. Once they test on, we are ready to begin detoxifying other areas of the body.
It is important to retest the download areas and the detox organs on a regular basis when treating other areas of the body with the mud packs, because if they test off or weak due to the detoxification of other areas, then the detoxification process becomes more difficult and has more limited results. If this happens, simply re-do the areas that tested off.

Hello world!

Mother’s Day will be here soon.  Many of us wonder what Mom would like or how we can make her feel loved.  I know for many chocolate is the gift.  If so, please give Mom the best dark chocolate you can find.  It is full of antioxidants, less sugar and less fat.  Many spas have chocolate mud wraps that immerses your body in rich goodness for the soul….and it’s very healthy.  By eating dark chocolate you can indulge guilt free and I’ll tell you why.

Dark chocolate lowers blood pressure. Antioxidants gobble up free radicals, destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease and other ailments. What about all of the fat in chocolate? You may be surprised to learn that chocolate isn’t as bad for you as we once thought.

The fat in chocolate comes from cocoa butter and is made up of equal amounts of oleic acid (a heart-healthy monounsaturated fat also found in olive oil), stearic and palmitic acids. Stearic and palmitic acids are forms of saturated fat. You may know that saturated fats are linked to increases in LDL-cholesterol and the risk for heart disease.

But, research shows that stearic acid appears to have a neutral effect on cholesterol, neither raising nor lowering it. Although palmitic acid does affect cholesterol levels, it only makes up one-third of the fat calories in chocolate. Still, this great news does not mean you can eat all the dark chocolate you’d like. First, be careful about the type of dark chocolate you choose. It should be at least 70% cacao, no milk product or sugar.

Chocolate also contains other substances with mood elevating effects. One is phenethylamine, which triggers the release of pleasurable endorphins and potentates the action of dopamine, a neurochemical associated with sexual arousal and pleasure. Phenethylamine is released in the brain when people become
infatuated or fall in love. If that weren’t enough, chocolate also boosts brain levels of serotonin. Women typically have lower serotonin levels during PMS and menstruation, which may be one reason women typically experience stronger cravings for chocolate at these times in their cycles. People suffering from depression so characteristically have lower serotonin levels that an entire class of anti-depressive medications called serotonin uptake inhibitors (including Prozac, Paxil, and Zooloft) have
been developed that raise brain levels of serotonin.

I love dark chocolate and I hope my son indulges me with a bar of it.  So to all of the Mom’s,  have a bite of dark chocolate with your red wine and feel healthy, guilt free and very loved and appreciated.
